The District is proposing to close 133.9 m2 of road located adjacent to 9751 Okanagan Centre Rd E and exchange it for 102.3 m2 of land to be dedicated as road.
1384389 BC Ltd will consolidate the road closure land with their existing holdings: 9778 Highway 97; 9764 Highway 97; 9750 Highway 97; 9730 Highway 97; 9743 Okanagan Centre Road East; and 9751 Okanagan Centre Road East and provide two road dedications along the frontage of Okanagan Centre Road East.
The lands to be exchanged are considered equal in value.
