A subdivision is the act of dividing a titled parcel of land for the purpose of re-zoning, developing/re-developing and/or selling each individual sub-divided parcel separately. All subdivision developments require an application.
Application Prerequisites
The following must occur before a subdivision application can be submitted:
- Applicants must attend a pre-application meeting.
The pre-application meeting provides the applicant with the opportunity to present their proposal to staff and obtain feedback prior to making a formal application.
