Pursuant to the Local Government Act (LGA) a Public Hearing will not be held. Council is prohibited from receiving any oral or written submissions from the date of notice until the adoption of the bylaw or conclusion of the application.
The council meeting will take place on September 1, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. Council Chambers, Municipal Hall, 10150 Bottom Wood Lake Road.

PURPOSE
Council will consider the first, second, and third reading of the Zoning Amendment Bylaw 1335, 2026 to rezone the subject property (3091 Reimche Rd) from: RM2 – Low-Density Row Housing to RM4 – Low-Density Multiple Housing in order to support a proposed future 14-unit multi family residential development.
