Election workers play an important role in local democracy by helping residents participate in the voting process and ensuring that voting places are welcoming, respectful and impartial. Positions available:
- Election Official (EO): No previous election experience required ($22/hour)
- Presiding Election Official (PEO): Previous election experience required ($27.50/hour)
Voting dates:
- Wednesday, Oct 7, 2026: Advance voting
- Tuesday, Oct 13, 2026: Advance voting
- Saturday, Oct 17, 2026: General voting day
Shifts available:
- 7:30 a.m. to 9 p.m.
- 7:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- 2:30 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Voting locations:
- Municipal Hall, 10150 Bottom Wood Lake Road
- George Elliot Secondary School, 10241 Bottom Wood Lake Road
