Notice is given pursuant to the Local Government Act (LGA) that a Public Hearing will not be held for the proposed Zoning Amendment.
Where a Public Hearing will not be held, Council is prohibited from receiving any oral or written submissions from the date of notice until the adoption of the bylaw or conclusion of the application.
PURPOSE
The purpose of this proposed bylaw amendment is to rezone the property located at 9421 Tyndall Road from:
RR1 – Rural Residential 1
to|
RM2 – Low Density Row Housing
Council is scheduled to consider the first, second, and third reading of Zoning Amendment Bylaw 1324, 2026 at the May 5, 2026, Regular Council Meeting which will be held at Municipal Hall, 10150 Bottom Wood Lake Road at 7:00 pm.
