Notice is hereby given pursuant to Sections 464(3), 464(4), and 467 of the Local Government Act (LGA) that a Public Hearing will not be held for the proposed Zoning Amendment Bylaw 1323, 2026.
WHAT: The proposed bylaw is to amend the CD3 – Comprehensive Development (Lakestone) Zone, by:
- Increasing the density from 1365 units to 1380 units [bylaw section 19.3.4.(h)(i)]
- Removing all references of the 2012 Lakestone Master Plan [bylaw section 19.3.1., and 19.3.4.(h)(i)].
WHEN: Council is scheduled to consider the first, second, and third reading of the bylaw at the March 17, 2026, Regular Council Meeting which will be held at Municipal Hall, 10150 Bottom Wood Lake Road at 7:00 pm.

PROPERTY: All lands within the District of Lake Country zoned CD3 - Comprehensive Development (Lakestone).

Where a Public Hearing will not be held, Council is prohibited from receiving any oral or written submissions from the date of the first notice until the adoption of the bylaw or conclusion of the application.
