Notice is hereby given pursuant to Sections 464(3), 464(4), and 467 of the Local Government Act (LGA) that a Public Hearing will not be held for the proposed Zoning Amendment Bylaw 1316, 2026.
WHAT: The proposed bylaw is to:
- Amend the title of the DC3 – Direct Control 3 (20/20 Developments/Lakestone) zone to CD3 – Comprehensive Development 3 (Lakestone),
- Add the secondary use of ‘home occupations’ to the CD3 zone; and
- Rezone the property at 9850 Chase Road from RR2 to CD3 – Comprehensive Development 3, to align with the proposed Phased Development Agreement.
WHEN: Council is scheduled to consider the first, second, and third reading of the bylaw at the February 3, 2026, Regular Council Meeting which will be held at Municipal Hall, 10150 Bottom Wood Lake Road at 7:00 pm.

Where a Public Hearing will not be held, Council is prohibited from receiving any oral or written submissions from the date of the first notice until the adoption of the bylaw or conclusion of the application.
