Notice is hereby given pursuant to Sections 464(3), 464(4), and 467 of the Local Government Act (LGA) that a Public Hearing will not be held for the proposed Zoning Amendment (Z0000349) Bylaw 1305, 2025. 

The purpose of this proposed bylaw amendment is to rezone the subject property located at
11326 Reimche Rd from RM2 – Low Density Row Housing to RM4 – Low Density Multiple Housing.

Council is scheduled to consider the first, second and third reading of the bylaw at the November 18, 2025, Regular Council Meeting which will be held at Municipal Hall, 10150 Bottom Wood Lake Road at 7:00 pm.
