Notice is hereby given pursuant to Sections 464(3), 464(4), and 467 of the Local Government Act (LGA) that a Public Hearing will NOT be held for the proposed Zoning Amendment (Z0000342) Bylaw 1277, 2025.

WHAT: The purpose of this proposed bylaw amendment is to rezone the subject property located at 11263 Lodge Rd from RU6 – Large Lot Small-Scale Housing to RM2 – Low Density Row Housing.

WHENCouncil is scheduled to consider the first, second and third reading of the bylaw at the September 2, 2025, Regular Council Meeting which will be held at Municipal Hall, 10150 Bottom Wood Lake Road at 7:00 pm.
