Notice is hereby given pursuant to Sections 464(3), 464(4), and 467 of the Local Government Act (LGA) that a Public Hearing will NOT be held for the proposed Zoning Amendment Bylaw 1298,2025.

WHAT: The purpose of this proposed bylaw amendment would update the subdivision regulations in the Rural Large Parcel Oyama Road zone to allow for more flexibility in lot configuration.

WHEN: Council is scheduled to consider the first, second and third reading of the bylaw at the August 19, 2025, Regular Council Meeting which will be held at Municipal Hall, 10150 Bottom Wood Lake Road at 7:00 pm.

                          This Temporary Use Permit may be used for a maximum period of three years with no ability to renew it.  Council may specify conditions under which the Permit may be issued.
