Zoning Amendment Bylaw 1271, 2025 and Zoning Amendment Bylaw 1272, 2025 | Z0000246 and Z0000254 | 15490 Carrs Landing Road and Lot 2 EPP83942 Carrs Landing Road

Council denied the Zoning Amendment (Z0000337) Bylaw 1271, 2025 and 1272, 2025. Multi-family Residential Development | DP001072 |9751 & 9819 Bottom Wood Lake Road

Council approved a Development Permit for the properties at 97514 & 9819 Bottom Wood Lake Road and 39429 and Lot 2 Sections 10 and 11 to allow for a multi-family residential development. The redevelopment of the subject properties would generate Building Permit and Development Cost Charge (DCC) fees paid to the District. The developer would provide a monetary contribution towards the future cost of enhancements to the local transportation network.
