FREE - Stick & Puck

Looking to sharpen your skills, work on your stickhandling, or just have some fun on the ice?

Free Stick & Puck is an opportunity to work individually on stickhandling and shooting skills. Bring your own stick, pucks, gloves, skates and helmet. Helmets are mandatory for all participants, and those participants under the age of eighteen are required to wear a CSA approved face cage. Due to the minimal equipment requirements and program insurance, scrimmages, games, goaltending, goalies, lessons and training equipment are not permitted at Stick and Puck sessions.

What to Expect:

• Open ice time for skill development
• Bring your own stick, gloves, helmet, and puck
• No scrimmages or organized drills - Just personal practice time
• All ages and skill levels welcome
