Notice is given pursuant to the Local Government Act (LGA) that Council will consider a Temporary Use Permit. Any correspondence received in response to this Notice will be distributed to Council. 

The purpose of this proposed Temporary Use Permit is to amend the existing permit to increase the maximum number of children permitted at the childcare facility from 8 to 10 at the property located at 11414 Lakewood Road.

A Temporary Use Permit may be used for a maximum period of three years and may be renewed once.  After that time, the applicant may reapply for a new Temporary Permit.  Council may specify conditions under which the Permit may be carried on.

Council is scheduled to consider TUP001119 at the August 18, 2026, Regular Council Meeting which will be held at Municipal Hall, 10150 Bottom Wood Lake Road at 7 pm.
