The District is proposing to close a portion of road located west of 15042 Oyama Road 616.5 meters squared in area. The District is proposing to trade the closed road to Kevin John Gouwenberg and Jennifer Lynn Gouwenberg to be consolidated with their existing property at 15042 Oyama Road in exchange for the eastern portion of their split parcel, 848.8 metres squared in area. The lands to be exchanged are considered equivalent in value.
