Consideration of Bylaw 1296, 2025 (RC2025-004 11011 Hallam Drive) for adoption is scheduled for January 20, 2026.
The District is proposing to close a portion of Cemetery Road 818.8 meters squared in area. The District is proposing to sell the closed road to Hanna Corsan and Justin Halldorson to be consolidated with their existing property at 11011 Hallam Drive. In exchange, the District will receive $35,000 for the land.
The District will retain a Statutory Right-of-Way.
