Council gave 2 readings to the OCP Amendment to include 11470 Bond Rd. in the Urban Containment Boundary and directed staff to report back with a comprehensive development zoning amendment bylaw. Public Hearing to follow.


Official Community Plan Amendment and Zoning Bylaw Amendment | OCP00055 & Z0000263 | 12036 Pretty Road

Council approved OCP and zoning amendment for 12036 Pretty Rd to allow low-density multiple housing; and forwarded it to Public Hearing.

Official Community Plan and Zoning Bylaw Amendment | OPZ00004 |9730, 9750, 9764, 9778 Highway 97 and 9743, 9751 Okanagan Centre Road East (6 Parcels)

Council approved an OCP and Zoning Bylaw Amendment for six adjacent parcels on Highway 97 & Okanagan Centre Road East; and forwarded to Public Hearing.

Zoning Amendment Application | Z0000342 | Bylaw 1277, 2025 | 11263 Lodge Road

Rezoning of 11263 Lodge Rd was approved to allow row housing, pending utility certification.

Development Permit with Variance | DP001093 | 4111 Evans Road

Council approved a Development permit with variance for a tiered wall system exceeding slope limits at 4111 Evans Rd.

Bylaw to amend Bylaw 1265, 2025 | Z0000335 | 14198 Middle Bench Road

A map correction for rezoning of 14198 Middle Bench Rd was approved and forwarded to Public Hearing.
