Safe Family Internet Initiative 
Council formally endorsed the Lake Country Safe Family Internet Initiative and supported a free community event promoting online safety for families at the Creekside Theatre funded through the Grant in Aid budget. 

Election Official Remuneration Policy 227, 2026
Council adopted Election Official Remuneration Policy 227, 2026. The policy increases hourly rates to $27.50 for Presiding Election Officials and $22 for Election Officials from the previous 2022 rate. 

Zoning Amendment Bylaw 1242, 2024 |Z0000265 | 9850 Chase Road
Council rescinded first, second, and third readings of Zoning Amendment Bylaw 1242, 2024 which has been captured as part of the Lakestone development re-zoning process and is no longer required.  Future development and road connectivity for the site will be addressed through the Lakestone Phased Development Agreement.

Zoning Amendment (ASP00005) Bylaw 1323, 2026
Council adopted Zoning Amendment (ASP00005) Bylaw 1323, 2026, updating the CD3 (Lakestone) zone. The bylaw clarifies residential and commercial density allocations and removes references to the 2012 Lakestone Master Plan.
