Notice is hereby given pursuant to Sections 464(3), 464(4), and 467 of the Local Government Act (LGA) that a Public Hearing will NOT be held for the proposed Zoning Amendment Bylaw 1288, 2025.
WHAT: The purpose of this proposed bylaw amendment is to rezone 15519 Barkley Road from RR1 – Rural Residential 1 to RR2 – Rural Residential 2 to support a proposed one-lot subdivision.
WHEN: Council is scheduled to consider the first, second, and third reading of the bylaw at the July 8, 2025, Regular Council Meeting which will be held at Municipal Hall, 10150 Bottom Wood Lake Road at 7:00 pm.
