Notice is hereby given that effective February 23, 2026, the boundary of the District of Lake Country was extended, by Order-in-Council 51/2026, to include five parcels of land from the City of Kelowna to the District of Lake Country including two lots previously owned by BC Tree Fruits located at 9595 Bottom Wood Lake Road and 672 Beaver Lake Road as well as 3 portions of the rail trail.

Letters Patent and a map showing the new boundary of the municipality may be viewed upon request at the offices of the District of Lake Country, 10150 Bottom Wood Lake Road, Lake Country, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., excluding weekends and statutory holidays.
