The District’s Official Community Plan (OCP) review and update has entered Phase II. Staff have developed draft planning policy and development options and now it’s your turn to weigh in.
The proposed approach includes practical actions informed by technical analysis, public feedback, policy requirements and current conditions. These options illustrate different ways Lake Country could grow—by adjusting land use and building heights—to improve housing choices, affordability and create a more vibrant Town Centre.
