Practice the Moy Tai Chi set consisting of 108 moves. 

Learn a series of gentle movements which are designed to improve your health and balance. Tai Chi teaches you to strengthen and relax the body and mind through a whole-body exercise. 

Beginner Tai Chi Classes are held weekly every Wednesday and Friday 2:45 pm - 3:45 pm

Continuing Tai Chi Classes are held every Wednesday and Friday 1:30 p.m. - 2:30 p.m. 

Daily drop in fee: $2.50    Annual Seniors Centre Society Membership: $7.00 (required for participation)
