The District of Lake Country, in consultation with Interior Health, has now rescinded a Boil Water Notice (BWN) that began June 11, 2025 for the affected properties outlined in the map below. The advisory was issued in an abundance of caution due to the potential for low pressure during planned work on
the water system. Below is a map highlighting the affected customers in red:

The BWN was removed 2025-June-16 once testing confirmed the water is safe to drink. Letters have been hand-delivered to properties originally affected by the water boil notice. Additional information and
live updates will also be posted on the District website www.lakecountry.bc.ca
