The Trethewey Splash Park is located in Swalwell Park at 10070 Bottom Wood Lake Road.

The Splash Park is open 7 days a week 8:00 am to 8:00 pm from the May long weekend until Labour Day.  The Parks team is often able to keep the Splash Park operating beyond Labour Day, weather permitting.

June 2021 extended operations:  Due to the hot summer evening weather the splash park timers have been adjusted to allow the splash features to remain operational on demand until 10:00 pm.

  • The water is recycled, filtered and chlorinated
  • There is no supervision, so please watch your children!
  • There are no pets allowed in Swalwell Park
  • Please do not drink the water
  • Please have young children wear a swim diaper if they are not toilet trained
