Lake Country residents and businesses are reminded that quarterly utility invoice payments are due by August 15th. Second quarter utility invoices were sent out in July. If you have not received your invoice, please login to your https://mylakecountry.ca/Live/mycity account to view your utility account online. If you haven’t had a chance to create your online account, now is a great time to do it! It’s fast, easy and gives you access to your account anytime.

There are several options for how to make payment:

  • Online through the secure OptionPay System
  • Through your financial institution (processing of payment may take several days)
  • In person at Municipal Hall (10150 Bottom Wood Lake Road) during regular business hours
  • 24-hour drop box located at the north entrance of Municipal Hall (cheque only)
  • Regular mail (Attn: Utility Billing, 10150 Bottom Wood Lake Road, Lake Country, BC V4V 2M1)

All unpaid balances past the due date will incur interest of 1.5% per month compounded annually.
