WHAT: Council is being asked to consider a Temporary Use Permit (TUP) application to allow Little Owl Academy, a childcare facility, to continue operating for three years at 10303 Bottom Wood Lake Road. A TUP application is required as the existing P1 zone does not allow a Care Facility, Major use.
A TUP may be used for a maximum period of three years and may be renewed once. After that time, they may reapply for a new TUP.

- for review at the Municipal Hall, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., excluding weekends and statutory holidays
