During the current extreme snow event the crews have been focused on high traffic roads... and will service local streets and residential neighbourhoods later based on their priority status. Residents can help the snow clearing process by moving their vehicles off roads so crews can more efficiently clear the roads.
The Fire Department reminds residents to shovel their driveways to make emergency access to homes possible.
The Garbage/Recycling trucks are doing the best they can in the snow today and will catch up on Tuesday and Wednesday if necessary.
