Back to Search4:45pm Update: Crews worked hard Friday to clear debris from a rock slide that occurred Thursday evening on MP Hill along Oyama Road between Willett Rd and Hebbert Rd. Oyama. Oyama Road is now OPEN to through traffic.
Thank you to everyone for patience during this inconvenience to your travel schedule/commute on Friday. Public safety was the primary concern while fallen rock was cleaned up and the hillside stability assessed.
Reminder: pre-scheduled rock scaling work will proceed as planned on Tuesday, February 10th and this section of Oyama Road will be closed to traffic from 8:00am to 3:30pm other than arrangements made to allow the school buses pass through the site.
