Council has been asked to consider the following Land Use Contract Discharge Bylaw:

                 LAND USE CONTRACT DISCHARGE BYLAW 1164, 2021

                            Land Use Contract Discharge Bylaw 1164, 2021 would discharge Land Use Contract 231 from 13974 Ogilvey Road. If Land Use Contract 231 is discharged, Zoning Bylaw 561, 2007 will apply to the property, which is already zoned RR1 – Rural Residential 1. As a result of this change, a secondary suite would be permitted in the existing building, as per the RR1 Zone. 

Land Use Contracts are being phased out by the Province of British Columbia and all Land Use Contracts will be automatically terminated by June 30, 2024.

The Council Agenda package including the staff report and documents submitted with the application will be published on the District of Lake Country Website by the Wednesday prior to the Regular Council Meeting and no later than Friday prior to the Council Meeting.
