TAKE NOTICE THAT pursuant to Section 26 (3) and 94 of the Community Charter, the District of Lake Country (the “District”) hereby gives notice of the intention to lease the following portion of District lands:

Nature of Disposition:

Lease for 5 years

Lease Amount:

$35,000 per year

Lot A, Section 11, Township 20, ODYD Plan Number KAP67056

Lease Site:

The lease shall be for the hatched portion of the Location, shown with the label “USE BY CONTRACTOR” as shown in the attached diagram

 

 

The District lands that are subject to the above lease are not being made available to the public for acquisition, and this lease transaction is part of a commercial arrangement related to the Lessee’s provision of road maintenance services for the District.  (See print version of Public Notice)
