Council has been asked to consider a Zoning Amendment Bylaw. 

Zoning Amendment (Habitat for Humanity) Bylaw 1050, 2018 (Z2018-001) would change the property FROM RM2 (Low Density Row Housing) TO RM4 (Low Density Multiple Housing) to allow for 4 buildings with a total of 12 townhouse units.
