The Rotary Club of Lake Country invites local businesses and non-profit groups to help celebrate Canada Day in Lake Country.

Over 2,000 people attended last year’s Canada 150 Celebration, at Swalwell Park, which featured our annual Rotary pancake breakfast, as well as, a diverse line up of stage performers, vendor exhibits, interactive sports and arts activities and the very popular Movie-in-the Park.

With support from the District of Lake Country and Heritage Canada, Rotary is once again planning a full day program of family-oriented entertainment, at Swalwell Park, for our growing community.   To make our Canada Day celebration a success, a variety of food vendors and commercial and non-profit agency displays are needed!

Apply to be a food vendor or provide a tent display:

Food vendors are needed from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on Canada Day, with the option to extend service from 5 p.m. until approximately 10 p.m., to serve people who will be attending the Movie-in-the-Park.  Food vendors must be pre-approved and registered with the District of Lake Country.

Commercial and non-profit displays will set up on June 30 and will operate until approximately 3:30 p.m. on Canada Day.  Overnight security will be provided.

A voluntary donation to help pay for event costs is requested from all food vendors and businesses with commercial displays.
