“If you are looking for an outstanding ‘gift of entertainment’ for a special family member or friend, live performance tickets might be just the thing you are looking for,” said Creekside Theatre Manager and Cultural Development Coordinator, Ryan Donn. “At only $39 per ticket (including all fees), performances have been selling out quickly in our comfortable 250 seat theatre with free parking and easy highway access.”
Now that Chris Buck lives in Lake Country, he wants to bring a customized performance experience to locals in the intimate and comfortable Creekside Theatre. With five top 40 billboard singles and over 14 million streams, he is becoming well known throughout North America and has signed a US Nashville publishing deal with Anthem entertainment. This is the second year in a row that Chris Buck is bringing singer songwriter friends to Creekside Theatre.
The December 10th show will include Dave “dwave’ Thompson from Nashville, TN, writer of US chart topper hit “Champagne Night” by Lady A. Listen to him tell the stories behind some of the songs he has written for Trisha Yearwood, Washboard Union, Aaron Pritchett and others.
Also sharing stories in the round are Jeff Johnson, Vernon-based songwriter/producer, having written for the voice of Tyler Joe Miller, Madeline Merlo and even the Chris Buck Band. Dave Faber, front man for Juno-nominated punk rock band “Faber Drive” will also be on stage. Among his credits are numerous top 10 pop hits and songs written for artist “Powfu” and others.
“All in the audience will enjoy the personal insights as they listen to the stories and inspirations of the artists behind the songs, in the spirit of Nashville and the famous Bluebird Cafe,” said Ryan Donn. “It will be a special evening with rare acoustic performances by the people who create music you’ve come to know and love.”
