Due to an advertising error, Public Notice of Consideration of Temporary Use Permit (TP2017-003) was not included in the February 28th edition of the local Lake Country Calendar newspaper, and therefore this item has been removed from the March 6th Council Agenda.  


Council has been asked to approve a Temporary Use Permit to allow for rock crushing and screening of material at the site of the subject properties.

The applicant has submitted a soil removal application with the District of Lake Country and currently has an application in with the Ministry of Mines.

A Temporary Permit may be used for a maximum period of three years, and may be renewed once.  After that time they may reapply for a new Temporary Permit.  Council may specify conditions under which the Permit may be carried on.
