Temporary Use Permit for autobody repair shop to be considered at Feb 5, 2019 Council meeting

Council has been asked to approve a Temporary Permit to allow for an Autobody Repair and Paint Shop within an Accessory Building on the subject property.

 

A Temporary Permit may be used for a maximum period of three years, and may be renewed once.  After that time they may reapply for a new Temporary Permit.  Council may specify conditions under which the Permit may be carried on.

A copy of the proposed permit, the application and relevant background material can be viewed at the District of Lake Country Municipal Hall, Community Development Department (2nd Floor) from Wednesday, January 30, 2019  to Tuesday, February 5, 2019 between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., excluding weekends and statutory holidays. Call the Community Development Department at 250-766-6674.
