Please note that due to the Lake Country Wildfires the following services will either be limited or not available throughout the week of August 21st to August 25th.

Curbside Collection:

    • Recycling and garbage collection will continue in all areas not under Alert or Evacuation
    • Yard waste collection will be halted until further notice.

 *Transportation will be available at 5pm today from Beasley to Kal Tire Place free of charge.

Beasley Community Centre and GESS will NOT remain open over the evening. Evacuees must register online at:

and check in at either of the following locations:

◾️ Prospera Place, 1223 Water Street in Kelowna

Lake Country B.C.  –  Properties in various areas of Lake Country have been placed under Evacuation Order as crews respond to fires throughout Lake Country. These properties have been tactically evacuated by emergency responders.

Eastside Utilities (private water utility) in the Carr's Landing area of Lake Country has downgraded the Boil Water Notice issued on June 30, 2023 to a Water Quality Advisory effective immediately (Friday, August 11, 2023).
