Oyama Boil Water Notice Downgraded

The District of Lake Country in conjunction with Interior Health has LIFTED the BOIL WATER NOTICE from the May 10th water system outage effective immediately. The Boil Water Notice has been downgraded to a Water Quality Advisory. 

Recent testing and monitoring has shown no bacteria are present within the distribution network and disinfection (chlorine) levels are normal.

Tax Rates Bylaw 1185, 2022:

Council adopted the tax multipliers for 2022 property tax. The tax multiplier for Class 6 will remain consistent with the 2021 ratio.

The District of Lake Country in conjunction with Interior Health has issued a BOIL WATER NOTICE for customers affected by the water system outage on the east side of Oyama that will occur on May 10, 2022.  A map highlighting the affected customers is attached.
