Council has been asked to approve a Temporary Use Permit on a C2 (Neighbourhood Commercial) to allow for the following uses:

  • Indoor/Outdoor Storage of Recreational Vehicles;
  • Service and repair relating to winterization  and summer servicing of recreational vehicles and
  • Security operator unit within an one-site RV.

Lake Country, BC – Mayor and Council initiated a referendum for approval to borrow up to $6.6 million to fund the building of a new fire hall to replace Station 71 and Fire Administration in Winfield.  Approval of the electorate is required through assent voting (commonly known as a referendum) to be held October 20, 2018.
