Lynn Fanelli, Executive Director of the Lake Country Heritage and Cultural Society presented to Council highlights of the 2021 annual report.
Council approved the development permit at 9960 & 9970 Bottom Wood Lake Road along with two variances that will accommodate the landscaping plan. The applicant is planning to construct a 196 residential development that will include a large affordable housing component.

Lake Country, BC – Local organizations are working to improve mental health services in the Lake Country and Kelowna area. Starting this Friday, open burning permits will be available for eligible Lake Country property owners.
Qualifying property owners that meet the requirements of the local fire protection bylaw are eligible to obtain a permit by applying online or in-person at Lake Country Municipal Hall (10150 Bottom Wood Lake Rd.) or LCFD Fire Administration (10575 Okanagan Centre Rd. East) from 8:30am Friday, October 1, 2021.
