We need your help!
The seats at the Creekside Theatre were originally purchased by the Kelowna Community Theatre in 1964 and were relocated to the Creekside Theatre in 1999. Since then nearly a hundred thousand people have sat in them. The 45-year-old seats are starting to show their age and it's time to spruce up the Theatre with some new seats which will take us into the next 45 years.
We are looking to you, our Patrons, members of the general public, Business Leaders and Services Club for assistance. We are offering members of the public an opportunity to purchase a seat(s). The cost per seat is $200.00. Not only will sponsors receive charitable tax receipts; but also, there names will be placed on a brass plaque so that future generations of theatre goers will recognize the support these individuals gave. The name might be a company name or an individual's name or in the name of a loved one who enjoyed going to the theatre.
Due to the limited number of seats available (270), it would be recommended to purchase your seats early to avoid disappointment. Are you interested in playing a part in the cultural development of your community? Of course you are! Take a leading role and become the first to purchase a new seat for the theatre. Ladies and Gentlemen take your seat, please!!
